Applicable Time. 4:01 PM (Eastern time) on the date of this Agreement

Applicable Time. Means 2:50 p.m. (New York City time) on August 10, 2020 or such other time as agreed by the Company and the Representatives.

Applicable Time. 1:55 p.m. (New York City time) on June 17, 2020 or such other time as agreed by the Company and the Representatives.

Applicable Time. Means (i) each Representation Date, (ii) the time of each sale of any Placement Shares pursuant to this Agreement and (iii) with respect to each offering of Forward Hedge Shares pursuant to this Agreement, the time of the Forward Seller's initial entry into contracts with investors for the sale of such Forward Hedge Shares.

Applicable Time. The date of this Agreement, each date on which the Company executes and delivers a Terms Agreement, each Time of Sale, each Settlement Date, each Representation Date, the date on which a Placement Notice is given, and any date on which Shares are sold hereunder

Applicable Time. 3:40 p.m., New York City time, on the date of this Agreement

Applicable Time. 5:45 P.M. New York City time on April 8, 2020

Applicable Time. With respect to any Offered Shares, the time of sale of such Offered Shares pursuant to this Agreement, any relevant Terms Agreement, any Master Confirmation Agreement or any Transaction Supplement
