Applicant. Shall mean the person or entity executing this Agreement as Applicant; provided that if two or more persons or entities shall have executed this Agreement as Applicant or as Joint Applicant, the terms "Applicant" and "Applicants" shall mean each and all of such persons and entities, individually and collectively, except that, if the term "Applicant" is preceded by the word "any" or "each" or a word or words of similar import, such terms shall be deemed to refer to each of such persons or... entities, individually. Applicant. A prospective CUSTOMER seeking to take advantage of or otherwise participate in the PROGRAM

Applicant. A prospective Borrower.

Applicant. Means each consumer, whether applicant, applicants, cosigner(s) or guarantor(s), who complete an Application.

Applicant. Has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble.

Applicant. Means the individual executing this Agreement who has the legal capacity and all necessary authority to bind Merchant to this Agreement.
