Applied Optoelectronics, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Applied Optoelectronics"; together with those additional entities that hereafter become parties hereto as Borrowers in accordance with the terms hereof by executing a joinder agreement in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, each, together with its successors and permitted assigns, a "Borrower" and individually and collectively, jointly and severally, the "Borrowers")
