Appraisal. An appraisal of any Property by an Appraiser, which appraisal shall be reasonably satisfactory to Holder in all respects.
Appraisal. Means an Approved Appraiser's determination of a given Property's fair market value at the time of such determination.
Appraisal. An appraisal prepared by a member of a national appraisal organization that has adopted the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) established by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
