Appreciation Unit

Appreciation Unit. A notional interest granted under the Plan, with each such Appreciation Unit representing a right to receive payment of a proportionate interest of each Appreciation Pool or the Change in Control Appreciation Pool, as applicable, subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations set forth herein and in the applicable Award Agreement.
