Appropriate Level of Services Review Error Rate. The Error Rate for the Appropriate Level of Services Review shall be calculated by dividing the Overpayment in the Appropriate Level of Services Review by the total dollar amount associated with hospice services reimbursed during the Reporting Period by Medicare for beneficiaries in the Beneficiary Population included in the Appropriate Level of Services Review.
