Approval Order. The final, non-appealable order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court, in each case, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agents, approving the First Lien Repayment and specifically approving the use of proceeds of Loans under the Credit Agreement to effect the First Lien Repayment
Approval Order. That certain final order approving, among other things, this Agreement and entered by the Bankruptcy Court in a form reasonably acceptable to all Parties, which order will include releases and injunctions in favor of all Parties
