Approved Customers

Approved Customers. Means Customers as listed in Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Customers that Intematix has obtained approval from SemiLEDs according to the procedure described in Section 3.3. SemiLEDs has the absolute right to remove any Approved Customer from the Approved Customer list set forth in Exhibit A upon thirty (30) days' written notice to Intematix.
