Approved Manufacturer
Approved Manufacturer. A contract manufacturer or supplier to Licensee of the Product or Product Materials that has been approved by Motorola and has executed a Manufacturer's Agreement incorporating all of the terms of the Manufacturer's Agreement set forth in Exhibit E.
