Approved Separation. Termination of Employment on or after the date the Participant has attained age 55 and completed five years of Employment, provided, that, the termination of Employment occurs no earlier than the later of: (a) six month anniversary of the Grant Date; and (b) 180 days after the Participant has provided written notice to the Committee or its delegate of the date of his or her termination of Employment.
