APTIMA TECHNOLOGY

APTIMA TECHNOLOGY. Shall mean all technology reasonably necessary to make or use Gen-Probe's APTIMA generation of amplified nucleic acid assays, including Target Capture (TC), Transcription-Mediated Amplification (TMA), Hybridization Protection Assay (HPA) and Dual Kinetic Assay (DKA) technologies, each to the extent in each case that Gen-Probe has a right to license or sublicense (and subject to the provisions of Section 3.3).
