AR Purchase Certificate

AR Purchase Certificate. A document titled "Accounts Receivable Purchase Certificate," a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B," wherein Seller identifies such of its Accounts as it requests that Purchaser purchase under this ARPA, and, by delivery of same to Purchaser, thereby transfers, assigns and sells such Accounts to Purchaser in accordance with the terms of this ARPA, subject only to Purchaser's acceptance thereof as set forth in Section 2 of this ARPA.
