Aralez Subscription Agreement

Aralez Subscription Agreement. That certain Share Subscription Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Company, Aguono Limited (which will be re-registered and renamed Aralez Pharmaceuticals Ltd.), Tribute Pharmaceuticals Canada Inc., POZEN Inc. and the other co-investors identified on Schedule I thereto, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented in accordance with the terms thereof.
