Example Definitions of "Arbitration"
Arbitration. Shall mean an arbitration conducted pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with Applicable State Law, and under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA, as in effect at the time the arbitrator is selected pursuant to paragraph 2 of this Agreement.
