ARC MONTH

ARC MONTH. Means the ARC monthly reporting period, which is either a 4 or 5 week `month' as determined according to the table provided by ORBITZ to UPSTREAM at the beginning of each calendar year of the Term. For 2002, the table shall be as set forth on Exhibit D.
