Area of Interest

Area of Interest. The lands within the exterior boundaries of the unpatented mining claims which constitute the Property as of the Effective Date and all mining claims acquired or located by the parties and all mineral rights or other property interests and rights acquired by the parties within one (1) mile of the exterior boundaries of the unpatented mining claims which constitute the Property on the Effective Date. Any additional unpatented mining claims located by and any additional property interests... acquired by either Miranda or SHI within the Area of Interest will be the subject of this Agreement. Area of Interest. The geographic area and legal description exterior to the boundary of the claims and effective as of the Property as it exists on the Effective Date. The AOI shall be defined as: T 14N, R33E sections 32, 33, 34 and 35 and T 13N, R 33E sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 and 11.

Area of Interest. The geographic area and legal description exterior to the boundary of the claim(s) and effective and made a part of the Property as it exists on the Effective Date. The AOI is defined as: Chewelah Community Pit,for greater detail see Exhibit A attached hereto

Area of Interest. Means the lands identified in Exhibit B attached hereto.

Area of Interest. All of the property in Osage County, Oklahoma identified and depicted on the map marked Exhibit "A," within which the following are located: (i) the Existing Licensed Acreage comprised of 190,000 acres, (ii) the Available Acreage from which AMVEST may select the Phase I Acreage, the Phase II Acreage, the Phase III Acreage and the Phase IV Acreage; and (iii) the Excluded Acreage

Area of Interest. The geographic area within one (1) mile of the exterior boundaries of the Property existing on the Effective Date.

Area of Interest. The area depicted on the map included as Exhibit C that consists of lands within one and one-half mile of the Properties in Exhibit A.

Area of Interest. That area within one mile of the exterior boundaries of the Property. Any property or interests therein ("Additional Lands") acquired by staking by FLPC within the Area of Interest during the term of this agreement, shall be included in and subject to this Agreement as if the newly acquired property was listed in Exhibit A and thereafter shall be part of the Property under this agreement.
