Array Maker

Array Maker. Means a device used to fabricate Nucleic Add Arrays by mechanical fabrication methods. For clarity, the parties understand that "mechanical fabrication" does not include controlled direction of electromagnetic energy at a portion of a support (e.g. fabrication through photolithographic synthesis methods), but does include the use of an inkjet system to place nucleic acids on a support.
