Arrow Transaction Notice

Arrow Transaction Notice. Shall mean a notice from Administrative Borrower to Agent substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, which notice shall set forth the Borrowers' intention to terminate the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents upon the consummation of the Arrow Transaction.
