Artwork

Artwork. Means album cover artwork and any other artwork relating to COMPANY Content that COMPANY has cleared for use by APPLE in accordance with Section 2 below. Any artwork that is provided by or on behalf of COMPANY to APPLE will be deemed to have been cleared by COMPANY as described in the prior sentence.

Artwork. Means album cover artwork and any other artwork relating to Label Digital Master(s) that Label provides to Psychobaby. Any artwork that is provided by or on behalf of Label to Psychobaby before or during the Term will be deemed to have been cleared by Label unless Label promptly notifies Psychobaby in writing to the contrary.

Artwork. Means album cover artwork, screen shots and/or any other artwork relating to COMPANY Content that COMPANY has cleared for use by ITUNES in accordance with Section 2 below. All artwork that is provided by or on behalf of COMPANY to ITUNES is deemed cleared by COMPANY.

Artwork. Any artwork relating to SUPPLIER Content that SUPPLIER owns, controls or has Cleared (as hereinafter defined) for use or exploitation in accordance with Section 2 hereof and otherwise in accordance with the other terms of this Agreement.

Artwork. All artwork depicted by or embodied in the Works (but excluding all Chapel artwork and all animated artwork). 1 Agreement #14627-0-2

Artwork. Shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 9.
