ASE Disposition

ASE Disposition. The sale, transfer, license, lease or other disposition (in one transaction or a series of transactions) of all or substantially all of the property and assets or business of ASE, or any sale, transfer or other disposition (in one transaction or a series of transactions) of more than 50% of the Equity Interests of ASE to another Person (or the granting of any option or other right to do any of the foregoing).
