Asset Acquisition
Asset Acquisition. Means (a) a transaction in which a Person becomes a Subsidiary of the Corporation or is merged with or into the Corporation or any Subsidiary of the Corporation or (b) the acquisition by the Corporation or a Subsidiary of the Corporation of assets of any Person which constitute all or substantially all of the assets of such Person or any division or line of business of such Person.
