Asset Management Fee
Asset Management Fee. An annual amount equal to the percentage of the Company's Average Invested Assets set forth in Section 9(b)
Asset Management Fee. The term "Asset Management Fee" shall mean the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 9(e).
