Assigned Customer

Assigned Customer. Any customer that Commerce Energy and PSE agree will be included as a Designated Customer as set forth from time to time in Exhibit A to the Operating Agreement (which is, as such Exhibit A may be amended by mutual written agreement of Commerce Energy and PSE, incorporated herein by reference) or an Affiliate from whom Commerce Energy has rights to receive payments.
