Assigned Lease

Assigned Lease. Means that certain Lease and memorandum of lease between McIntosh Inn of Malvern, Inc., as Lessor, and Bob Evans Farms, Inc., as Lessee, dated June 8, 1993, together with a contract to lease dated July 23, 1992 and a letter agreement dated June 9, 1993 and which is evidenced by an Assignment and Assumption of Lease Agreement executed by Seller and Buyer which is set forth on Exhibit "H" attached hereto.
