Assignment Agreement

Assignment Agreement. Means the 2018-2 Assignment and Transfer Agreement effective as of September 25, 2018, by and between the Partnership and the Forward Counterparty with respect to the 2 Years Earn-Out Rights.

Assignment Agreement. That certain assignment agreement, dated as of the date hereof (the "Assignment Agreement"), by and among the SPV, the GP, the other Originators party hereto, Greif, Inc., the Investors, Administrators and Managing Agents party thereto and the Agent, each duly executed by each of the parties hereto or thereto, as applicable, or other evidence satisfactory to the Agent of execution and delivery by such parties

Assignment Agreement. Shall mean an Assignment and Assumption -Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E, to be entered into by and between CR14 and/or CRTM 17 (as applicable) and the New Tenant with respect to the Initial Properties which are closing on such Closing Date.

Assignment Agreement. Means the Intellectual Property Assignment and License Termination Agreement, dated March 6, 2009, by and between the Company and Sunesis.

Assignment Agreement. Shall have the meaning set forth in the -------------------- recitals to this Pledge Agreement.

Assignment Agreement. Shall mean the Assignment and Royalty Agreement by and between AHPC and Licensee.

Assignment Agreement. Shall mean the Assignment and Royalty Agreement dated as of May 27, 1999, as amended, by and between AHPC and Ares.

Assignment Agreement. As defined in the recitals to this Guarantee.

Assignment Agreement. The certain Assignment and Transfer of Deeds of Trust and Security Agreement dated as of June 18, 2002 between the Bonds Issuer and the Bonds Trustee.

Assignment Agreement. Means that certain Assignment entered into as of August 21, 1998 by and between the Company and the Bank, a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT 6.
