Assignment

Assignment. An assignment from Seller to Purchaser, subject to Seller's Right, of all right, title and interest in registrations of the Trademarks, and in applications for such registration, for use on all products whatsoever within the Territory, including the registrations and applications listed in Schedule I.

Assignment. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preliminary statements of this Agreement.

Assignment. Means each Assignment of Leases, Rents, Contracts, Income and Proceeds executed and delivered by Borrower in favor of the Bank, granting the Bank a present and perfected assignment of all of Borrower's right, title and interest in and to all rents, leases, contracts and similar rights in respect of each Mortgaged Property.

Assignment. Shall mean any Assignment of Rents and Landlord's Interest in Leases hereafter executed from Landlord to Lender.

Assignment. An agreement whereby the Participant, or his or her designee, as owner of the Insurance Policy, sets over certain Insurance Policy rights to the Company as collateral security for the Company's Corporate Capital Interest and pursuant to the Plan.

Assignment. The assignment attached hereto in substantially the form of Annex A.

Assignment. An assignment or participation by AEGON of all or any portion of its interest in the AEGON Loan to any Person that is not an affiliate of AEGON.

Assignment. Refers to the document entitled Assignment of Litigation Proceeds/Acknowledgement of Assignment, attached hereto as Assignment, Exhibit 2 and incorporated herein by this reference, and all those other or related documents evidencing and acknowledging assignment of an interest in the Judgment to PURCHASER executed by SELLER and SELLER'S successors and assigns.

Assignment. Such assignment and assumption shall be effective on the Effective Date immediately after giving effect to the Amendments set forth in Section 3 (the "Assignment"; and the Commitments so assigned, the "Assigned Commitments"), with the Assuming Lender constituting an Assignee (as defined in the Assignment and Assumption) for purposes of the Assignment (including the Standard Terms and Conditions) and the Assigning Lender constituting an Assignor (as defined in the Assignment and Assumption) for... purposes of the Assignment (including the Standard Terms and Conditions); provided that the Commitments assigned pursuant to this Section 6 shall be deemed to have been extended pursuant to Section 2 and the Assuming Lender hereby consents to such extension of the Termination Date for such commitments to May 5, 2028. Assignment. Means an assignment of Seller's beneficial interest in the Lease with respect to the Containers, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
