Assistance Agreement

Assistance Agreement. -------------------- (a) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Assistance Agreement or any Activity Description, the Assistance Agreement shall terminate by mutual agreement of the Parties only upon the termination of the final Activity Description listed in Section 3.1 of this Agreement, at which time the Assistance Agreement shall be of no further force or effect; provided, however, that ... the provisions enumerated in Section 4.11 of the Assistance Agreement shall survive termination of the Assistance Agreement as set forth therein.
