Associate. Associate. Means the same definition as under Rule 12b-2 under the Exchange Act.

Associate. A common law employee of the Company.

Associate. Means an "associate" within the meaning of Rule 12b-2 of the General Rules and Regulations under the Exchange Act (as in effect on the date the Plan is adopted by the Company).
