Associate

Associate. The meaning ascribed thereto in Rule 12b-2 under the Exchange Act

Associate. Any person who renders services to the Company or a Subsidiary in the status of an employee within the meaning of Code Section 3401(c)

Associate. An employee of the Company

Associate. Shall have the meanings set forth in Rule 12b-2 under the Exchange Act and shall include Persons who become Affiliates or Associates of any Person subsequent to the date of this Agreement

Associate. The terms "Affiliate" and "Associate" will have the respective meanings set forth in Rule 12b-2 promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Exchange Act and will include all persons that, subsequent to the Effective Date, become Affiliates or Associates of any person referred to in this Agreement.

Associate. Means any full-time or part-time employee (including an officer or director who is also an employee) of the Company or an Affiliate. Except with respect to grants of Incentive Share Options, "Associate" shall also include any consultant or advisor to the Company or an Affiliate. References in this Plan to "employment" and related terms (except for references to "employee" in this definition of "Associate" or in Section 7(a)(i)) shall include the providing of services as a consultant or advisor.

Associate. Has the meaning set forth in Rule 12b-2 under the Exchange Act.

Associate. Any director or officer of Licensee, their spouses or relatives within the third degree, and any other Person in which such relative has a substantial direct or indirect interest as set forth in Section 107.50 et seq. of the Regulations.

Associate. A body incorporate or unincorporate in which a Party or any Director has an interest or participation whether directly or indirectly and whether by way of equity or otherwise.
