Asterias Technology

Asterias Technology. Means (a) Product and any intermediates, components, or derivatives of Product; (b) Specifications; (c) the Manufacturing Process and any methods, processes, protocols and procedures for Manufacturing of Product or obtaining and processing patient samples for use in Manufacturing Product that are in each case provided to or identified by Asterias to Cognate and owned or controlled by Asterias; and (d) Asterias's Background Intellectual Property.
