ATAC Assumed Policies

ATAC Assumed Policies. Shall mean all the policies and certificates of group health insurance with respect to groups of 75 or fewer subscribers directly issued by ATAC as a result of applications written by or on behalf of ATAC, as more particularly set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
