ATC Dealers

ATC Dealers. Means offline used vehicle dealers (both independents and franchise operators) who are licensed by a state government to deal in vehicles, who list or have listed Eligible Vehicles for sale on the ATC Site and who list one or more Eligible Vehicles on the Co-Branded Pages during the Term and whose eBay user IDs are provided to eBay by ATC.
