Attendant Documents

Attendant Documents. Means the documents, instruments, and agreements required to be executed or delivered by any Party in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Escrow Agreement, the Co-Existence Agreement, the License Agreement, and the assignments of Intellectual Property.
