Audited Financial Statements. In respect of a Person, the balance sheet, the income statement, the statement of retained earnings, the statement of the source and application of funds, and the notes pertaining to a given fiscal period as well as the auditors' report relating thereto, such Audited Financial Statements being comparative and, as the case may be, consolidated or not.

Audited Financial Statements. The annual financial statements (balance sheets statements of income and retained earnings, statement of cash flow and supplementary statements, together with footnotes) for the Company for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2016.
