A license of the Aurigene Technology or a sublicense under the Aurigene Territory License, in each case, with respect to CA-170 or any CA-170 Product in the Aurigene Fourth Amendment Territory (or, solely for purposes of paragraph 2(j)(iv) of this Fourth Amendment, in the Aurigene CA-170 Territory)
