AUTHORISED PURPOSE. Means the use of ARM MicroPack in the development, by or for LICENSEE, of the ARM Based Products, or devices for use solely in conjunction with ARM Based Products, as reported to ARM in writing, in the form of the notice set out in Schedule 4 upon the Effective Date.
