Example Definitions of "Authority"
Authority. Means any government regulatory authority responsible for granting approvals for the performance of Services under this Agreement or for issuing regulations pertaining to the Manufacture and/or use of Product in the intended country of use, including, but not limited to, the FDA and the EMA.

Authority. Authority. Means any competent government and/or prefectural regulatory authority in Japan that is responsible for granting approvals for the performance of Services under this Agreement or for issuing regulations pertaining to the Manufacture and/or use of Finished Product in Japan, including the Japan Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA).
