Authorization

Authorization. Shall mean an affirmative response by or on behalf of an Issuer, to a request to the Authorization Center to effect a Transaction, that a Transaction is within the Cardholder's available credit limit and that the Cardholder has not reported the Card lost or stolen. All Transactions require Authorization.

Authorization. Means any consent, permission, waiver, allowance, novation, authorization, declaration, filing, registration, notification, application, license, permit, certificate, variance, exemption, franchise or other approval issued, granted, given, required or otherwise made available by any Governmental Entity.

Authorization. Shall mean a Participant's payroll deduction authorization provided by such Participant in accordance with Section 3(b) or, if applicable, Section 25.

Authorization. Shall mean an Eligible Employee's payroll deduction authorization with respect to an Offering Period provided by such Eligible Employee in accordance with Section 3(b).

Authorization. A Participant's payroll deduction authorization with respect to an Offering provided by such Participant in accordance with Section 3(b) hereof

Authorization. Any authorization, approval, consent, certificate, license, permit or franchise of or from any Governmental Authority or pursuant to any Law.

Authorization. Means an authorization, consent, approval, resolution, license, exemption, filing, notarization or registration.
