Authorized Celestica Representative

Authorized Celestica Representative. Means any of the individuals listed in the SLA. These individuals are the only people who have the ability to bind Celestica with Powerwave under the terms of this Agreement. Celestica may change the names of the individuals from time to time by providing prior written notice to Powerwave.
