Authorized Company Representative. Any officer of the Company who executes this Lease or any other person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Company by written certificate furnished to the Issuer, the Holder and the Custodian, containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by an officer of the Company; more than one person may be designated as an Authorized Company Representative
