Authorized Demand Signal

Authorized Demand Signal. An order for Item(s) communicated pursuant to this Agreement by Applied to Supplier via (i) a purchase order (whether in hardcopy or electronic form), (ii) EDI or other electronic transmission, or (iii) Applied's designated on-line purchasing system. All Authorized Demand Signals are deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
