AUTHORIZED GENERIC PRODUCT. As used herein, "Authorized Generic Product" means a pharmaceutical product containing treprostinil sodium as the active ingredient and manufactured, used, offered for sale, imported, distributed and/or sold, by or under the authority of UTC or its Affiliates, for use in the Territory under NDA No. 21-272 as a generic version of any of the Remodulin® Drug Products.
