Authorized Issuer Representative

Authorized Issuer Representative. Any officer or official of the Issuer who executes this Lease and any other person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by written certificate furnished to the Company, the Holder and the Custodian, containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by the Chairman or other officer of the Issuer; more than one person may be designated as an Authorized Issuer Representative
