Military leave, sick leave or other bona fide leave of absence from service with the Company or a Company Subsidiary if the period of the leave does not exceed three months or, if longer, so long as the individual's right to reemployment with the Company or a Company Subsidiary is guaranteed either by statute or contract

Authorized Leave of Absence. Any period not to exceed one year during which the Company, in its sole discretion, permits Employee to be away from work and which the Company designates as an "authorized leave of absence"
