Authorized Officer

Authorized Officer. The Chairman of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (or any other senior officer of the Company to whom any of such individuals shall delegate the authority to execute any Award Agreement)

Authorized Officer. The Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation (or any other senior officer of the Corporation to whom he or she shall delegate the authority to execute any Award Agreement, where applicable)

Authorized Officer. Each person identified on Exhibit B attached hereto (as amended from time to time by the Company with the consent of the Executive); provided, that in no event shall the Executive constitute an Authorized Officer.

Authorized Officer. Means the President, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, or Treasurer or any Assistant Treasurer of the Borrower.

Authorized Officer. Means the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (or any other officer of the Company to whom he or she shall delegate).

Authorized Officer. Means any member of the board of directors or managers of an entity, chief executive officer, president, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, treasurer, general counsel or lead regulatory officer responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable lending and insurance statutes, rules and regulations

Authorized Officer. The President, the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer, the Vice President-Finance or any other senior officer of the Company designated as such in writing to the Collateral Agent by the Company

Authorized Officer. Any Chairman of the Board (or any other senior officer of the Company to whom any Chairman of the Board delegates, by written notice to the Committee of that delegation, authority to execute any Award Agreement)

Authorized Officer. The Chief Executive Officer or the Senior Vice President, Administration of the Company (or any other senior officer of the Company to whom the Administrator or such Authorized Officer shall delegate the authority to execute any Award Agreement or to carry out any actions, duties or other responsibilities under the Plan as may be permitted by applicable law and directed by the Administrator, where applicable)
