Authorized Powerwave Representative

Authorized Powerwave Representative. Means any of the individuals listed in the SLA. These individuals are the only people who have the ability to bind Powerwave with the Seller under the terms of this Agreement. Powerwave may change the names of the individuals from time to time by providing prior written notice to Seller.
