Authorized Shares
Authorized Shares. Means the maximum aggregate number of shares of Common Stock specified in Section 3(a) as being authorized for issuance and sale under Options granted pursuant to the Plan, subject to adjustment thereof in accordance with Section 12 of the Plan.
