Authorized Signatory or Signatories

Authorized Signatory or Signatories. Shall mean, as to each Designated Picture Disbursement Account, the signatory person or signatory persons representing the Designating Party that is authorized under the terms of this Agreement to draw funds for payment of Theatrical Distribution Costs for the subject Designated Picture.
