Authorized User

Authorized User. Individuals or companies authorized by Customer to use the System pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Authorized User. Is defined in Section 24C hereof.

Authorized User. A Person that is authorized by the Reseller to use a Wireless Service purchased by the Reseller under this Agreement and resold to such Person by the Reseller.

Authorized User. Means Customer and Customer's employees, consultants, contractors, and agents who are authorized by Customer to access and use the Compression Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

Authorized User. Any individual who is an employee of Customer, Ashford University or University of the Rockies or a student of Customer, Ashford University or University of the Rockies or such other person or entity as may be authorized by an Order Form, authorized, by virtue of such individual's relationship to, or permissions from, Customer, to access the Regent Service pursuant to Customer's rights under this Agreement
