Authorized Wholesaler

Authorized Wholesaler. One or more wholesalers, distributors, and/or customers of Hi-Tech for the Territory, including those who have previously agreed to provide Hi-Tech with monthly utilization reports at Hi-Tech's cost, showing their respective aggregate sales of Product in the Territory for each calendar month during the Term. Hi-Tech shall provide BioMarin with an accurate updated list of all Authorized Wholesalers at the start of each Quarter
